*If the pet is travelling with a courier or an authorized person there is an additional fee of £30.

Home Delivery

Within 20 miles of Monmouth / Didcot / Spalding / Stowmarket

£25 delivery fee

Between 30 and 40 miles of Monmouth / Didcot / Spalding (for delivery in the Bristol clean air zone an additional £9 will apply to the normal price)

£45 delivery fee

Deposit:

Once we’ve checked your application and we confirm that we have everything needed, we will ask for a £20 (£30 if the pet is travelling with a courier/authorised person) deposit to secure your booking. This is fully refundable if you request a cancellation at least 48 hrs before your appointment.
