Checking your documents
We will carefully check all the documents and let you know if we need anything else.
Pay your deposit
Once we've checked your application and we confirm that we have everything needed, we will ask for a deposit to secure your booking. This is fully refundable if you request a cancellation at least 48 hrs before your appointment.
Issuing your AHC
At the scheduled date we will either come to you or meet you and your pet at a collection point, we will scan the microchip and issue the AHC.
