Checking your documents
We will carefully check all the documents and let you know if we need anything else.
Pay your deposit
Once we have reviewed your application and confirmed that all required information has been provided, we will request a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit allows us to reserve your appointment and allocate the necessary time and resources for your case, and is therefore non-refundable.
Issuing your AHC
At the scheduled date we will either come to you or meet you and your pet at a collection point, we will scan the microchip and issue the AHC.
